Franklin Stage Company Posters

In 2006, Carmela Marner, Artistic Director of the Franklin Stage Company, asked me to be the official artist of the company, and do all the paintings for the posters. We worked together for over a decade, she coming up with the concepts, and then me doing the paintings and the graphics. The first one we did was for A Doll’s House. I posed Carmela in a period white dress on top of a hill, and then I more or less made up the background. This first poster remains one of our favorites though I am quite proud of all of them!
