Painter / Printmaker
Deductive Monotype Classes
Join us at StudioWorks in April for a printmaking workshop with visiting artist Lisbeth Firmin. We’re offering two opportunities to explore deductive monotype printmaking, one geared toward those with some printmaking experience and one geared toward those with no previous printmaking experience.
Students will work from source materials brought into class (drawings, photographs, etc.). Firmin will demonstrate her technique and students will use this method, along with others, to produce black and white and color prints. Students will walk away with many finished monotypes and experience that will encourage more exploration of this dynamic printmaking process.
When:

Friday, April 1: 5-7 pm (intro & set up)
Saturday, April 2: 10 am – 4 pm (class)
